If it is a new NPC added by another mod to have black face, the problem is that the author has forgot to add the facegen datas, should be the author to correct the mod and update it, but if you dont want to wait you can made your own. Keep in mind that mod that change vanilla hairs styles are the common cause of black faces, they need always to made new facegen. If one of this mod is in bsa format, it must be extracted or it cant be combined with others without having black faces (you need the loose files) So try disable the mods that overhaul NPCs faces, and keep only one, if doing that the touched NPCs doesnt have black faces the problem is the load order, otherwise probably is something that overwrite the facegen, if that uninstall all this mods, and re-install them, check to overwrite the correct facegen, if you want to have Bijin with Diversity, install 1st Diversity and then install Bijin that must overwrite all files of Diversity. facegen from another mod that ovewrite those you would use
